Motorway slip roads set to close tonight for maintenance works
The M40 northbound junction 11 for Banbury entry slip is scheduled to be closed tonight (Thursday, December 12) from 10.15pm.
It is expected to reopen at 6am tomorrow (Friday, 13th December).
The National Highways website states there will be a lane closure on the M40 northbound between junction 11 and junction 12.

The website also states there will be a diversion for maintenance work via the National Highways network.
The M40 Southbound junction 10 for Cherwell Valley exit slip is also scheduled to be closed tonight from 9:30pm.
It is expected to reopen 6am tomorrow.
Oxon Travel, a social media account ran by Oxfordshire County Council, warned motorists of the closures this afternoon.
This comes after the exit slip road on the northbound carriageway at junction 8A for Oxford Services closed on Tuesday (December 10) night.
