‘No sale, No FnF’: Stack Wealth CEO slammed for calling employee ‘stupid’, video goes viral

Former Stack Wealth employee Vishnu Prasad, who shared the video on LinkedIn, stated that he was suddenly fired from his job on January 4th, without warning.
Investment platform Stack Wealth, backed by Kunal Shah, is facing scrutiny after a video surfaced on social media showing CEO Smriti Tomar berating employees for failing to meet sales targets. A viral video on social media shows Tomar verbally abusing an employee over a withheld full and final settlement.
The video, posted by former employee Vishnu Prasad on LinkedIn, captures Tomar arguing with a group of recently terminated workers. Tomar attributes the terminations to poor performance, but her tone escalates when a female employee seeks clarification. Tomar interrupts, stating she’s not obligated to explain further. In a shocking remark, Tomar tells the employee, “Any person not making one sale a day, aren’t they stupid?” When the employee objects to being called stupid, Tomar retorts, “If you weren’t stupid, you wouldn’t have been terminated.” As another employee reads out the contract’s terms and conditions, the CEO responds with a veiled threat, warning that she will send a follow-up email regarding the matter.

Former Stack Wealth employee Vishnu Prasad stated that he was suddenly fired from his job on January 4th, without warning. This happened one day before he was supposed to get his salary for December. The video sparked widespread outrage, with viewers labelling the CEO an ‘entitled brat’. A user remarked, “Glad such things are coming out in open. This is beyond disgusting and zero empathy.” “Damn, forget about the policies and laws, where is the minimum humanity towards a deceased employee,” added another netizen. “I spoke to Smriti once, she is way too entitled brat and considers most people beneath her,” said a user.
Netizens demanded greater accountability, calling for stricter laws and structures to hold those in power responsible for their actions. Meanwhile, the video has been online for a week, but Stack Wealth and its CEO have yet to comment on the allegations. Instead, the company has shared posts on LinkedIn from some employees, who praise the company as a great place to work.
