Two face murder charges in death of Saulteaux First Nation man

RCMP have charged two people with murder a day after a man died at Saulteaux First Nation.
Early Thursday morning, Battlefords RCMP were called to the reserve after receiving a report about an injured man at a home where they found 24-year-old Lyle Night Jr. seriously injured. He later died at the scene, RCMP said in a Friday news release.
His family has been notified.

Later on Thursday, RCMP arrested a 20-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman at a home on the First Nation.
Both are charged with first-degree murder and are scheduled to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on Monday.
